Thank you for considering me to act as host and celebrant at your forthcoming wedding.  I am sure you are very excited about planning your wonderful day. To help me plan your very special celebration, I need to know some details about the ceremony you have in mind.  So, I am giving you a link to an information document  which will act as a blueprint for the occasion.  This will allow us to both be sure about what is planned.  Yes - just click on either of the the green buttons. The information form does initially require you to register with your email address, a user-name, and a password for your security.  When completed and you send me the form, you will be asked to verify your email address, again for your personal security.  I then auto-send you a copy of the form you completed, for your reference.  Many fields on the form are marked  * meaning they require an answer.  This is intended to help you avoid missed questions. If at any future point, you wish to change or add any details about the ceremony, simply log in to your form via the same link and you can edit it as you please.  The edit button is on the far left of the very wide data page.  When you re-send it I again auto-reply with a copy for your record. This means that we both have an up to date copy of your ceremony wishes. Please keep your login details safe.  Your data security is important to me; please be assured that I share your details with no one.
